Joe Maglio


Joe Maglio, owner of It’s About Thyme Personal Chef Services, and resident caterer for GPAA, served as Saucier at the prestigious Caesar’s Palace’s French Restaurant, held the title of Chef de Cuisine for Andes French Restaurant in Las Vegas for three years, and has catered for many well known people including Deval Patrick, the governor of Massachusetts.

His knowledge and experience have led him to pursue other areas in the field, as a consultant in the openings of three new restaurants and as a cooking instructor for Williams Sonoma and currently North Essex Community College. Joe is also Serve Safe Certified with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
