Susan St. John
Founder/Director

Susan St. John, founder and director of Grace Performing Arts Academy, has a B.A. degree in psychology from Smith College, a M.Ed. in special education from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst, and a C.A.G.S. in school administration from Westfield State College. She has worked in the fields of education and residence life for over ten years. Ms. St. John has experience teaching and tutoring and holds licenses in both teaching and school administration in Massachusetts. She also has extensive residence life experience in various settings including Boston Ballet School, a private residential high school, and the University of Massachusetts/Amherst.
Sara Wenzel
Senior Resident Advisor

Sara danced at the Boston Ballet School for seven years, and she first started working as a Resident Advisor for Boston Ballet's Summer DanceLab in 2004. She spent two summers at DanceLab, and in 2006 and 2008 she worked at Boston Ballet's Summer Dance Program. She graduated from Boston University in May 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Art History. During her time at B.U. she participated in various community service programs, including FYSOP (First Year Student Outreach Program) and Alternative Spring Breaks. She also studied abroad in London in 2005, where she participated in the B.U. London Internship Program. Sara loves introducing new students to Boston and all that it has to offer.
Ketna Julmeus
Resident Advisor

Ketna was born on the tropical island of Haiti, located in Caribbean, and has been a resident of Cambridge MA for the past fourteen years. She has a Bachelors degree from Bridgewater State College in Psychology, with a minor in Social Work. She is planning to pursue a Master’s Degree and hopes to work in High School Guidance Counseling. While in college, Ketna worked as a Resident Assistant for three years. She was responsible for the needs of 80 co-ed first year resident students. She is very outgoing and loves to explore new things. In 2006, Ketna traveled the world with the Institute for Shipboard Education: Semester at Sea. She traveled to a total of eighteen countries and had a remarkable and truly life-altering learning experience. Her passion for travel and helping others is a result of many past experiences such as volunteering in the US and abroad. She looks forward to this new chapter of her life, working with GPAA, and helping to provide young talented adults from all over the world with a home away from home, while they work towards their dreams.
